Top 5 Wedding Stationery of 2020

Just like any small town print shop, we have many unique and fun projects that come in our door throughout the year. Although we enjoy working on all our orders, there are certainly some that hold a special place in our hearts. Here are our top five wedding stationery items we had the pleasure to work on this year.

ANNE MARIE + LOGAN SAVE THE DATES

Anne Marie was a super fun bride to work with. She had an elegant affair in mind and wanted her save the dates to help give her guests that vision. We landed on a line drawing style illustration of their wedding venue with golden fireworks to hint towards the New Years date. The save the date was made complete with a simplistic calligraphy style gold font.

KATHERINE + MATTHEW DAY OF STATIONERY

Unlike most all our other brides this past year, Katherine preferred a vintage style invitation rather than our normal watercolor aesthetic. This allowed us to flex our creative mind in a very different way, and we ended up allowing the 60's style font play the 'hero' role of all her wedding day stationery. Katherine's unique font paired with a dark background and simple illustrated florals helped bring their vintage dreams to life.

MARLEY + TANNER DETAIL CARDS

Marley's wedding was the perfect Christmas themed celebration; however the venue was a bit difficult to reach if you weren't familiar with the area . We decided to create an one of a kind map to not only give guests directions to the ceremony, but also show where they should park. What seemed like an issue in the beginning, ended up being a beautiful illustration on Marley's detail cards.

MCKAYLA + KODY PHOTO INVITE

It's not super often we are asked to include a photo on a wedding invitation, and we were somewhat skeptical about it in the beginning. However, once designing began we slowly fell in love with this unique wedding invitation. Paired with burgundy and blush watercolor florals, McKayla and Kody's beautiful picture brang the whole design together and made for a stunning invitation.

ASHTON + JAMES MONOGRAM INVITATION SUITE

Ashton's wedding stationary suite was months in the making. The process began with creating a custom monogram that included Ashton's wedding date and florals to match her bouquet. We then meticulously picked out the best accompanying fonts to pair with the monogram. Ashton choice of navy and gray helped her invitation suite not only stand out from the rest, but it also gave it a very sweet and southern style that was made all her own. Everything about Ashton's wedding suite was made custom and was chosen specifically by her and because of this her invitations had to be included in our top 5 of 2020.

As you can see, we have been very busy this year. We would like to thank all our brides who allowed us the pleasure to work together this year. We wish you all many year of happiness to come.

Dilly Dally on.
