PROCESSING TIME
We work under a 2 week processing time period. This means that once your order is placed we will not begin on your order for up to two weeks. Once we begin your order, we will send you a proof of the design after every change until you confirm the design is done and ready for print. Once this happens we will begin printing the order on the paper of your choice.
Due to the customization of our products we do not accept returns.

Before all design work begins, we set a meeting with each client to discuss design and expectations of the project. If after this meeting the client needs to schedule another design meeting, or requests to add design specifications to the project we will charge an additional design fee that could be up to 75% of the projects total depending on the amount of work lost.
